1996 dodge, my AC ciculation, the air flow will not change no matter what i press the botton desire flow the air infront of me, but the air flow was remain deskboard. is this possible the fuse problem? please help help .

Alot of problems with that control. try replacing heater contrls. sometimes un hooking battery for a minute reset it and it starts working again.good luck.
