My Sansa e250 said refresh database so we called Sandisk and they had me run the recovery tool. It did not work so I called them back and they led me through a reformat to clear everything off. It worked for the FM radio but when I tried to load songs on it, the screen filled with lines and then went black and now the computer will not recognize it anymore. Does it sound like the MP3 player is fried. The blue ring goes on when you plug it in to the computer but that is it. Help!!!!!
Try holding the power button for20 seconds or the power and play button at the same time for20 seconds.

"Refresh Database" appears after I turn it on and it almost loads all the way but the screen turns blue or green. The only thing I can do after that is turn it off.
My SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player won't turn on past the logo even when it's plugged into the USB port. What's wrong???? This is very frustrating. I'm paying for a service I can't access.
