Philips gogear vibe your player is not connected. why is my laptop saying that? everything is installed, and updated, unless their is a certain software/driver that either my toshiba satellite A305 laptop or philips gogear mp3 player needs

I have deleted all mp3 files from my go gear sa19xx but still the disk is full? But when i defrag the gadget i notice that the deleted files are still present although the folders are empty?
What should i do? Please help. - Mr. Paul/Philippines

How to connect the philips to the pc

Hi,
First you need to download software for your player.

You can download from the link given below:

GoGear Software

Install the softwares downloaded in the above link.

Connect one end of USB cable to pc and another end to GoGear Vibe player.
Software will detect the player and follow online instructions to carry out your purpose for connecting the player to pc.

There's a reset hole on the bottom. Push a paper clip in there. It will reset the device. Be warned though. It might also wipe everything you have stored.
