Drying drum is not on its host. Lay down the dryer and then bolt it after aligning it.

Drum won't turn-belt is good-motor

If you can manually turn the drum, the motor's start windings may be bad.

If you can't get the drum to move, check to see if a sock or other small item is stuck between the drum and the inside of the front of the dryer. If you see nothing, it's possible that one or more of the four drum rollers is/are seized.

I ran the dryer without the lint filter in it and now it is noisy

First of all, You have a serious safety issue. Your dryer may catch fire. DO NOT USE YOUR DRYER.

Something went into the mechanism (yes, may be another sock), and a lot of lint went inside the dryer. The dryer needs to be cleaned by a technician. Using the dryer on its condition may cause a fire. Don't get your house burned down just to save some money doing it by yourself.

Drum Stuck

First, take off the top of your dryer. Use a screwdriver to pry the top up in front, then it's usually held on by some swing metal hinges on the back that simply come off by themselves as you rotate the top of the unit up and back. Then, you should be able to see all the screws and metal brackets holding the front of the unit on, remove all of these and you should be able to pull the front off. It may be necessary to unplug some of the wires when doing this. Then you should have full access to the front lint filter section on the door, and the fan section underneath the drum. The fan and the drum spin together, so if the sock is stuck in the fan that will also stop the drum. Good luck

Dryer doesnt do anything besides a loud noise

What kind of loud noise??  A loud electrical noise??  A loud squealing noise??
It's possible that there is a foreign matter inside the filter chamber jamming up the blower fan.  Pull the filter screen out and look down the filter chamber area and see if there is a sock jamming the fan from turning.  If you can pull it out, that should resolve your problem.  If not, you may need to call a qualified LG technician to resolve this issue.
