Hi,
Read the manual :-
http://www.calderaspas.com/Customer/pdfs/caldera_paradise_manual00.pdf
Let me also provide you, if the manual would not help :-
"The locking features, TEMPERATURE LOCK and SPA LOCK, are enabled fromthe control panel by a specific combination of buttons. Once enabled, alock will remain active until the specific button combination isapplied to disable the lock. Even if power is disconnected from the spaand soon thereafter reapplied (such as a power outage), the lock willremain in place."
This leads me to believe that if the power tothe spa was inturrepted and not reapplied "soon thereafter", the spa'scontrols would re-set to default.
On my '07 Geneva you do this to lock and unlock:
"Toactivate the Temperature Lock, press “SET” button + “TEMP ▲ “ buttonand hold for three seconds until lock symbol is illuminated.
Todeactivate the Temperature Lock, press “SET” button + “TEMP ▲ “ buttonand hold for three seconds until the lock symbol is no longerilluminated."
Let me know, if need further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
Do accept the solution, if 100% satisfied.

Hello. You might try turning off the breaker to the spa for ten minutes or so. Here is the info for some but probably not all of these spas.

I hope this helps.

Please describe what you are trying to do? If the unit is not operating or are you getting some error codes?
