Encounter like this problem of your GPUs are not only one this PCI-e problem. I tell you what if any of this part are having a problem will at least you buy a new one. Fixing it takes a time to work it and maybe not.

If under warranty then send it back to where you buy and if not totally fix or working then buy a new one.

I have like this GPUs and now now my PCI-e slots are not working. I'm using MoBo MSI & Gigabyte.

Hope this tip might help you.
Good luck!

XFX Radeon HD 5770 - Graphics adapter - Radeon HD 5770 - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 1 GB GDDR5 - DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort ( HDCP ) - HDTV out this is the card i purshased but it will not power on my monitor...

Take the card out and restart system. Shut down and reinstall card, make sure card is inserted properly, it should hook and then push down. You may have to push on tab that catches the computer case while pushing in to make it go down and into place. Restart system. Let me know how this goes and, will it start n saf mode?

2nd monitor doesnt work either

Ensure your are running the monitors in dual mode still. Open your Nvidia Control Panel and click on "setup up multiple displays" Then on right panel you should see where to select your option on how to run the 2nd one. You might need a driver update from Nvidia, especially if you recently took an update from Microsoft.

Hope this helps

Screen not starting after installing graphics card

Hi rohit1987,

The XFX NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 256MB DDR3 PCI Express card uses two DVI ports on the back of the card. Display is most likely coming from the second port. Try moving your monitor cable to the next DVI port. You can do this while your system is running.
If you still do not receive display, post that here & we'll go over some other possibilities.

Good luck rohit1987!
Thank you for using fixya.

Availability

I included the link for buying the XFX PCI graphics card in ine of my post. (I'll list it again here). http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3735736&CatId=1603

I can't say if the XFX card would be easily found at a local PC store or not. Places like BestBuy, if they have that card would charge more than what is listed on the internet. Keep in mind PCI video cards are not in demand, so their price may infact go up. I did a google search for, XFX GeForce 6200 Video Card - 512MB DDR2. You can run a search you're self.
