unlocking this unit is possible but only that it requires alot of technical know how and some special unlocking tools (hardware and software). the other option is to request for the restriction code from your provider. they should be able to give it free provided no terms were violated

PUK code is provided by the service provider. It is your Personal Unblocking KeyPuk and PUK2. These are 8 digit numbers. Default PUK is 00000000. Try it. If someone has not played dirty with you then it shud work.

PUK stand for Personal Unblocking Key, this is the key that could only generated by your phone service provide. Usually, your 1st PUK come with your phone card, please all the documents you received when subscribe to your provider. If not available, the only think to do is go to your nearest service provider customers service office and they will help to generate a new PUK to unblock your phone.

These are the correct codes, but there's no guarantee that they will work. Some newer phones have to be connected to a PC to unblock them.

To enter the code:
1. Push #
2. Push * 3 times in one second. (p will show)
3. Push * 4 times in one second.(w will show)
4. Push * 2 times in one second(+ will show)
5. Enter the code from below.
6. Push * 2 times in one second.(+ will show)
