Nokia 7373 when phone rings, i can hear the other caller, but they cant hear me, please help

I would suggest contacting Nokia Care and getting the device repaired or replaced under warranty.

You can hard reset the phone (factory settings)

"power off - hold 3, green call and * - power on while holding"

well hope you tried switching your phone off and on well then might be a software problem try and update the phone software!!!

Sounds like a faulty microphone. You could try using a hands-free adapter and see if that works. Otherwise, I suggest returning the phone to the dealer for repair.

hi there you need to go on to your tone settings and see if you got the incoming alert '0ff' because this is one of the main reason why your phone wouldnt ring, also check your on alret for calls and see if you calls switched off. you may also need to go on to your profile and check if you have got it on silent and this is another reason why your phone may not be ringing. hope this helps
