They are probably in a format that the pda can not handle.

not that it helps but try getting rid of all spore files on your computer and reg files. (that may be there from the partial install)

for the files got C:\programs
delete spore

get CCleaner to get rid of registry file problems.

try again. of this does not work sorry for useless answer :)

Reinstall the game if problem stays repair ur operating system

Download one of these programs and it will check for files that have been corrupted that is not allowing you to download your file

try removeing the program from add or remove programs.

start -> control panel -> add or remove programs.

find the program from the list and click uninstall or change, which ever it may say.

it may not be removed compltely . use any mamory defragmention progrmas like ram booster ot dspeet it up extreme and defragameny ur ram and try insatalling again

I imagine that it's trying to uninstall the older version to install the newer one, which it can't. NOTE: This is a desperate step. Delete the Cyberlink folder in C:\Program Files\; Go to Add/Remove Programs and attempt uninstall - it will say it can't uninstall, and ask you if oyu want to remove it from the program list. Click yes. Go to start->Search (or Find) and search for Cyberlink (make sure that Hidden and System files are being searched). Delete all Cyberlink files. Do the same, but with PowerDVD. Download and run CCleaner. Attempt to reinstall PowerDVD.

I was having a similar problem with my M515.  I had originally installed the Palm Desktop from my CD, which was an older version.  When I totally uninstalled the old version and installed the newer version from the Palm website I was able to do a successful sync.  I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate and Palm Desktop version 4.1.4
