Absolutely, All HD Display that we have on the market have the HDMI (Hi Definition Multimedia Interface) connectivity. Please find this slot on your Wii and Dell XPS HD Display:

And use a HDMI cable to interconnect them:

Using Wii with our XPS One

you will need a like port on both device,look at the output ports on the wii and the (eg usb or firewire) input ports on the computer.If you find s port and and cable it should work.Look also at the documentation that came with the wii.
