Mostly I tell people to check their owner's manual, but I checked and yours is an older model serger which, like mine, doesn't have instructions for oiling. So, I'll just tell you how I've done it (mine is even older than yours, and gets hard use as I sew a lot).

1, On the flat plate behind the cutter, there are several holes with orange rims. A drop or two of oil in each. Then oil the hinge on the arm that holds the blade, I manually cycle the machine as I do this to get the oil to spread evenly.

2. Open up the looper cover and remove the cylinder cover, manually cycle the machine to see the parts move, then oil anything that moves as you manually cycle it some more to get the oil into the moving parts. I tend to use a good bit of oil on the lower parts as they get pretty dirty, then let it sit for a while (I often do it as I'm finished for the day), and sew on a scrap when I start again to be sure there is no oil in the thread that would transfer onto the garment.

Mine usually gets a good cleaning and oiling every 10 or so hours of sewing and it has lasted *really* well.

If the timer does not move then the timer motor is dead and it will need to be replaced. Here is the timer to order.

When mine does this it means she is not fully in gear. Try manually moving it back and forth a few inches and see if it clicks in.(Like moving the seat back in the car and it doesn't quite click in.) If it doesn't work take it fully back out of gear and try again. Mine is a pride victory 3 wheeler, to check the exact specs on yours follow the link below for a pdf of your user manual. Try to move the carriage manually..it works most of the time....if still does not work...replace the printer.
