Norton 360 I was having trouble with my computer so thought if I bought the current version of Norton it would help. I bought the 2 year renewal of Norton 360 plus a $25 program to speed it up. It instructed that I uninstall my present Norton which I did....now I can't access the Norton 360 that I purchased so that I can install it....about to cry.

I didn't get my 1 year protection of norton 360 version 4.0 for my netbook,,,instead i just get the 30 days trial protection,,, how can i get my 1 year norton??

You need to activate your Norton program with the product key or the renewal code that you purchased for an year.

To enter the renewal code or the serial, please open your Norton product and click on the "RENEW" or "ACTIVATE" or "SUBSCRIBE" button on the bottom of your product and enter it there to activate your one year subscription.

How do I install a second computer on my 360 account. The directions I have are not working. Can you walk me through it?

Easiest solution is to, rather than using the cd, download from the Norton website. This will allow you to install and use the latest version (version 4.0) with the cd key from you packaging.
The version can be downloaded from: The Norton support center upon running this file to install, you will be prompted for your cd-key. Enter the key and it will activate, allowing your Norton to work fully.
The concern is if you have installed the software before. Version 2.0 is a number of years old, and if it was installed more than a year ago, the subscription may be out of date and need renewed.
hope this helped, //halfs
