You'll have to add an expansion card. The motherboard indicated has PCI expansion slots. You can install a 4-port USB 2.0 expansion card. You can find them at local electronics retailers including Wal-Mart and Radioshack. Or, you can get online at places like www.newegg.com.

Trying to use USB connection. Power good. Program install seems correct. When told to connect USB to computer, nothing happens (no recognition.) Have to cancel out of install. Have checked out supplied...

Following are three possible issues you can easily investigate and correct:

Upgrading DLS or Adding an Additional LabelWriter

A previous LabelWriter printer may still be installed with documents in the print queue. You must delete any documents in the print queue for all previously installed LabelWriter printers before proceeding with the installation.

1.Open the Printers folder. Based on Operating System and system configuration, the Printers folder can be accessed in one of the following ways:
Start > Settings > Printers
Start > Control Panel > Printers & Other Hardware > View installed printers or fax printers
Start > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes

2.Double-click on the LabelWriter printer, the print queue will open.

3.Delete any pending print jobs and close the print queue.

4.Reboot your computer and re-run the DLS installation.

Installing DLS and a LabelWriter for the First Time

Some antivirus or anti-spyware applications may prevent the installation of DLS and the LabelWriter printer. You may have to temporarily disable these applications in order to successfully complete the installation.

1.Restart your computer.

2.After restarting, temporarily disable any antivirus and anti-spyware applications.

3.Install DLS, connect the LabelWriter when prompted during the installation.

4.Once installation has completed, re-enable any antivirus or anti-spyware applications.

DYMO Label Software Fails to Install because Word or Outlook is Running

While installing the DYMO Label Software (DLS), prompted with a message that Word or Outlook is open. How can I resolve this?

1.Exit Word and Outlook.

2.Open Task Manager.

??¦To open Task Manager press Ctrl - Alt - Delete.

3.Click on the Processes tab in Task Manager.

4.Verify that WINWORD.EXE and OUTLOOK.EXE are not running processes. If present, select every instance of WINWORD.EXE and OUTLOOK.EXE and click on End Process.

MS FlightSim is really tuff on the processor. You are better get a Quad Core Intel Processor, as no upgrade is possible for your Laptop. Also get a good graphic adapter, something like ATI Radeon 4850.

I assume that you are referring to the maximum memory of this computer. It is only 1 gigabyte, not upgradeable to 2.
