I have a kodak easy share c913 and I have had it less than a year and barely used it. When I turn it on now the screen stays dark and it will only take black pictures. It will still flash and the screen works fine while reviewing pictures. What is wrong???
There is something wrong with the lens. Perhaps its obstructed by something or the lens doesn't really open @ all. Try cleaning the lens with lint free cloth if not. Follow the in-warranty repair process @ www.kodak.com/go/stepbystep the website will ask you to troubleshoot first. Just keep following the website in the end if issue persist it will give you the page that you need to fill up so that you can send your camera and repair.
Note: After filling-up the information on the page and completing it wait for an e-mail from Kodak it will give you details how to send your camera for repair. It will also contain the address and phone number of the repair centre.
