The S5600 uses a non interchangeable lens. It's a fixed lens camera.
You can how ever purchase filters or adapter rings etc to attach to the front of the lens.

you need a new lense. There is most likely a plastic part that moves the lense out and in broken and this requires a lense replacement (quite expensive)
Try the website for a company called "Raynox" (www.raynox.com). They have various tele lenses and the required adapters. Fuji doesn't make them any longer. I can't tell you about the availability in India, however, because I'm in Canada. Another solution may be to try ebay.
If you were doing close up- did you switch to Macro?
do bare in mind that in close too situations, the focus sensor it looking at something different to the viewfinder[Parallax syndrome]
