My Samsung HCM422W TV has a sound problem, all voice and music become noise-jam and even silent.

There is a fuse for windows. However, if only one window is non operational, there is either a short specifically affecting that window or the motor for the window is broken.

Make sure you have the center speaker attached and setup correctly. Most voices come through the center channel when watching movies

hi i don't know if this will work go into the menu on the tv look for noise reduction turn it off or check your sound settings hope it helps

I had this problem with my previous TV (Syntax by Olevia, an off brand). It only happened to me on certain channels, and for certain shows. What is happening is the TV station is broadcasting the audio in Dolby 5.1 format. For some stupid reason, the TV is playing the background speakers (effects) instead of the speaking parts. You get a little bleed-over of the voices into the back speakers, so voices are there but really quiet. Unfortunately my TV didn't have any surround sound options to fix this.

See if your TV has a surround sound option. Otherwise, you will need to connect the TV sound output to a surround sound system that can properly decode the audio channels.

That humming sound is a sign that your color wheel is becoming or already is defective. If you don't replace it you might even lose picture in the future since it's part of the light engine system

make sure the print head is moving

make sure the ink cartridge is set down right

it can be repaired but it would be easier to buy a new tv and cheaper

Sounds like you have a noisy color wheel. Very common on all Samsung DLP`s. The part # is BP96-00250A for model HLN5065W.

not detecting the side inputs?....try plugging the ipod into the audio input 1 and select video 1 on the input...if you hear sound...your ok
