Where is the trip switch on a Creda Simplicity T620CW dryer?

The Creda Simplicity T620CW dryer does have a resettable thermal safety cut-out switch, which can trip if the dryer overheats. This switch is located on the rear of the dryer.
Here are the steps to access and reset the thermal cut-out switch on your Creda Simplicity T620CW dryer:
  1. Unplug the dryer: Make sure the dryer is unplugged from the power supply before you attempt to access the thermal cut-out switch.
  2. Remove the rear panel: The thermal cut-out switch is located on the back of the dryer. You will need to remove the rear panel to access it. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the panel in place, and then slide the panel off.
  3. Locate the thermal cut-out switch: The thermal cut-out switch is a small, rectangular device with two wires attached to it. It is typically located near the heating element or the exhaust duct.
  4. Reset the switch: Press the button on the thermal cut-out switch to reset it. You should hear a click when you press the button.
  5. Reassemble the dryer: Once you have reset the thermal cut-out switch, replace the rear panel and secure it with the screws you removed earlier.
  6. Plug in the dryer: Plug the dryer back into the power supply and turn it on. If the thermal cut-out switch was the problem, the dryer should now work normally.
If resetting the thermal cut-out switch does not solve the problem, it is possible that there is a more serious issue with your dryer. In this case, you may need to contact a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

Service manual fora creda tcr2 tumble dryer

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

I'm so sorry but this forum does not, nor is in a position to, supply any type of manual (service or otherwise), parts list, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.

Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer service manual' and you may be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct but often it will supply only to registered agents.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

My creda mode tcr2 isnt drying my clothes anymore

Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.

My creda tcr2 condenser dryer is not turning with a load but does turn without a load or will turn with a little push can you help

It is going to be 1 of 2 possibilities.
1--A faulty start capacitor.
2--A slack or drive belt.
More likely to be the capacitor, located at bottom rear right of dryer looking from front.
It entails removal of top cover and right hand side panel to gain access
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

A Creda condenser dryer TCR2, it went off won't work at all now

There is a lint filter inside the front of the m/c.
A filter at the bottom left of m/c,undo catches to release it, remove it and wash out under running water to thoroghly cleanit.
.Remove water container at top left front , and empty.
Make sure air intake and air out lets are clear, one at front right, and one at rear of m/c.
