Unplug the TV, let it cool for an hour or the bulb may burn you.

It isn't the lamps. It is in the controller circuit board.
The cost may be more than a new TV. Get a LED or LCD Flat screen.

Ok, well see if you plugged in the wrong cords, if it doesnt have any cords, then get the guide and see what it can show you, if that still doesnt work, then try calling the company that supports your item, there they should help you on and one on one base.
