Zanussi FJ1254W fault

It is very unusual for a front loader, it does have both a recirculation pump and a drain pump! I don't see any diverter valves. Exploded parts diagram.

Possible that the drive output to the drum is not there and so there is no voltage when the cycle come to the spin mode.
Check for fault in the drive, capacitor to the motor.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

I suspect there is either limescale in the thread of the filter plug OR behind the filter itself and this is stopping the plug from being screwed home completely. Remove the plug, pull out the filter, clean filter compartment all round, especially at the back AND ensure the plug thread is completely free of limescale ;-0)

sounds as if your water pump is going bad or is bad. will it still pump water out all the way?

There should be three compartments in the dispenser, you would normally put the bleach in to the
main compartment of the dispenser where you put the normal wash powder
This is the largest of the 3 compartments,and is usually in the middle, but sometimes on the right, but it is the largest of the 3,

Hi, I had the same problem.
The waste is blocked, check the drain pipe from the machine and also where it drains out to. (thick sludge)
I ended up unclipping the pipe from the drain motor (Bottom rear) and passing a garden hose throught it to flush it out.

Won't spin at full speed. It just goes around slowly.
