Jeff , the type and amp fuse need for the brakes are listed on the fuse box cover, its is probably a 10, or 15 amp fuse

Low beam and brake light out on drivers side of 2007 Chevy Cobalt?

As far as low beam, did you check the bulb?
You have left and right low beam fuses, underhood fuse block. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

Reverse and interior lights out, chevy express van

Fuse block under the hood. Driver's side, under the brake master cylinder. Number 18. TCB#2. Replace the fuse.

There is an under-engineered ground in the reverse circuit. If you back up with the dome lights on, it could blow that fuse. There should be some extra fuses under the cover of the fuse block.

Chevy cobalt lt 2007

It sounds like there is something very major wrong with your ride. I think it would have something wrong with the fuse box or computer system.
