Vivicam5386 sound problem

I have the vivitar 5386 I can record videos and clips, however i cannot access the sound. i have downloaded them to my computer and there is still no sound. can you help?

Sorry, but the ViviCam 538y does not record any sound when in video mode. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on the camera.

Check the volume on your computer. You may have to crank up the volume on your computer to hear it since the sound is not any where near quality sound.

PICTURE BUT NO SOUND!
Your Camera records sound but does not play it back on the device. Go to www.vivitar.com and download the driver for your camera. Install it on your pc and you should have sound when playing video in windows media.
