I would like to upgrade my Windows Media Player 11 to WMP 12, how can I do that? Thanks.

Sad to say that Windows Media Player 12 is only for OS Win 7. You can't install WMP12 on XP OS.
tip

Disable The Send Error Report, to Microsoft

Open Control Panel
Click on Preformance and Maintenance.
Click on System.
Then click on the Advanced tab
Click on the error reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click OK
Click OK

I want to download media player11in xp. is at possible

Hello,

Yes that is possible. Windows Media player 11 works on all Windows XP SP2 Editions. Please use following link for your download...

Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 XP Download

Since the Microsoft Site detects which OS you are using, it would be recommended to initate this download within a XP installation.

Dll driving me nuts

Hello EricS777

The part where it looks like your xp stuff and vista stuff switch drives is normal. Only the Operating System associates the hard drives by letters this does not mean your hard drive files are switching. This happens because D: drive is Root of Vista OS and Root of any OS in windows gets the C: drive lettering.

dwwin.exe, drwtsn.exe dll is the "Microsoft Application Error Reporting" tool.

I think the message means that something is crashing during system shutdown. When the crash occurs the OS launches dwwin.exe to report the error, however the windows operating system is shutting down and so the application can't launch make the system lockup or hang.

Your problem isn't with dwwin.exe, you need to find out what is actually crashing at shutdown.

If you can`t find out what it is, try going to Administrative Tools/Services and disable the “Error Reporting Service”. You don`t want that running anyway.

Also right click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Error Reporting
Put a check at both
Disable Error Reporting
But notify me when critical errors occur

Then, if that was the cause and the message stops, we`ll have to try to identify the cause.

C++ Runtime Error for Dell Photo AIO 962 printer dlbxmon.exe

I had the same problem and was able to fix it by following the instructions in this link:

http://forums.cnet.com/5208-7590_102-0.html?forumID=67&threadID=300180

Apparently, the regular uninstall procedure does not completely uninstall the software drivers. Then, if new drivers or software are installed, a conflict is created between the old drivers and the new drivers. You have to first run the DellXPCleanUpUtility to completely clean out the old software drivers. Then, you can install the new drivers successfully.
