No dial tone

Make sure your cord is good. If possible, plug in a good phone in the phone outlet on the fax machine itself. Also try calling the fax machine from another phone. If the machine responds to the call, then there is an internal problem with the fax machine.

My Brother mfc-665cw will not fax. It keep saying NG: POOR LINE CONDITION/OUT OF MEMORY

Check to see if you can make a call using the fax machine. This error can occur if you have no connection. It can also occur if your line is occupied or busy.

Select the "Users Manual" to begin with. IF you also need the drivers, Select the "View All Downloads for MFC-665CW" and THEN Choose the MFC-665CW in the Drop-Down-Box-Listing. Choose from there for your Driver Support Download.

Can't receive fax

i want the machine to be answering service and fax only is that possible or does it need to go threw computor. i have it set up to my phone line and i just want it to answer calls for me and to get faxes if they come in , does it do that

I need a manuel, I'm trying to print a 4 x 6 picture and when I take out the regular 8 x 10 copy paper and want to put in the 4 x 6 picture paper I don't know where to put it. I can print a 4 x 6 on regular copy paper but thats not what I want.
