Make sure that your throttle cable isn't hooked on something and is closing all the way and freely. Otherwise you might have a wire not connected or connected in the wrong place.
This happened to me. My problem was that i had a memory card, and i accidently put the save options for my pictures to my phone memory instead of to card memory. So it messed up my phone.
Alright I know this is really gonna **** to hear, but since the Env2 isnt a smart phone you cant open web links in a text You have to go online on your phone and do it the old fashioned way.
its because the phoen is getting to much data!
1.you have to turn the phone of and then take out the battery for 10 mins
2. then you have to put it back in(the battery) and DONT turn it on!!! wait anouther 10 mins then turn it back on! and that should work!!:) i hope i could help!
BTW i have a env2 lol just to let you know and my father workds for verizon! so this is how i know!
