We are having problems trying to crash our cumputer. The reason is children had downloaded some viruses and we have already did a back up of all good files needed. Now we need to crash it and reinstall...

Why in the world are you trying to crash your computer??? Just download a virus utility, such as Trend Micro or McAffee, and let it deal with the virus. If you are having problems logging in, restart your computer, and after it goes through the BIOS screens, before it brings up the screen that says "Windows XP" with the little progress bar, press F8. Select safe mode with Networking, wait for it to go though all of the MULTIDISK screens, and then download the virus utility. If this doesn't help, please report back and elaborate on everything. What computer you have, what you mean by "crash it" (reformat???), what drivers you need to reinstall... etc...
