No Heat I have the same problem with mine. For a while there was a grinding sound when I turned the knob from cold to hot but the heat would still blow out and now I have no heat at all. Looking for a solution.

I would check your blower motor or your heater core. maybe even the blower motor resistor. another thing i would look at is the thermostat. alot of times the thermostat gets stuck in the open position or the closed position. in your case i would say its in the open position. a thermostat shouldnt run you more than 20 bucks as for the blower motor, heater core, or the resistor. those can be very expensive. start with the cheapest thing first. the thermostat. the location of that is going to be behind one of the hoses attacked to the motor from the radiator. it will not be the hose coming from the water pump(normally located towards the bottom of the motor) it will be the hose that connects to a housing on the motor. the house is a aluminum housing so be carefull removing and installing this piece. the thermostat will be located right behind the housing.

Hi, the flaps that direct the air for either hot or cold air works with servos situated against the heater box. The grinding noise was the gears on the inside of the servo stripping. After numerous reset processes (switching the car on and off), the servo was reset to its normal state which is in the cold direction. You will have to replace the servo in order for the heater to work again.
