Bottom-right quad is red error message e70,Help!?

Double check the flat ribbon connectors going from the panel boards to be sure they're all connected correctly, if they are the panel was damaged when it was handled, or from static, if grounding bands aren't worn it's quite easy to damage it from static.

Family error code E70 is shown to the customer. In service mode could be: E71 or E74
E70 error code could be: faulty NTC sensor, wrong position of NTC sensor or to much limescale on it and finaly wiring between NTC and electronic.

Good Morning Jazy, this is JK. I see that you are receiving an error message E70. The E70 error means that the Main Control Board is not seeing the correct water supply. I would suggest swapping the hot and cold hoses. Hope this helps!

They should provided you get all the right drivers, disable the onboard sound, get a decent hard drive, get a case with good airflow, and make double sure that the drivers for that sound card are the correct ones and that the sound card isn't a lemon. Sound Blaster has seriously slipped in it's quality control over the last few years.

The E70 its a troubleshooting original placement and memory errors:
1. Remove originals and replace them in the original table when the "E70" or "E71" errors display.
2. Remove originals placed on the original tray and allow the copy job from the plate to complete when the "E72" error displays.
3. Remove originals remaining in the original table when the "E90" error displays, indicating that the memory is full. Press the button with a "%" sign on it, labeled recall, to print the copies of the originals that have already been scanned. When printing completes, place the remaining originals back into the original tray and press "Start" to continue copying.

Are you sure its a E70? If so, the hot and cold lines are reversed.

E70 Means that the Hot and Cold water lines are backwards. Switch the lines and cancel out the cycle. Turn the dial to drain and spin and pump all the water out of the unit. Then restart the cycle and it should be fine.

You need to make sure all of wire harness connectors are firmly making contact.This is a loose connector issue.You can fix this if you have patience.You need to start by removing the front panel and starting with the main control board,located on right side at the bottom.Remove the plug in connectors 1 by 1 crimping down the point where the contact is made.Picture this, there is most likely just ONE wire that isn't making a positive touch,and you have to find it.Easy way is after you have checked the control board and tightened the connections,re-check the machine .

Hello,

I had this exact same problem with my Frigidaire washer (E70) as bubbles100. I called an appliance repairman on 5/14/09 and paid him $60 to tell me my hot and cold water hoses were reversed/not properly installed.

This repairman was the cheapest priced $60 and he would work till he found the problem. I had one appliance repair company wanting to charge me $90 for 30 min and another wanting to charge $120 for 30 min. Hopefully this information can help save the next person some money by trying this first.
