1. Plug one end of the USB cable to the USB port on your MP player.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable to an empty port on your computer. The computer will automatically recognize it.
3. Double-click "My Computer" on your desktop. Your player will be listed as a hard drive on the new window.
4. Double-click your player to open it. Locate and open the "Media Library/Pictures" folder. Drag your JPEG photos to this folder to upload them to your player.
5. Click the "Safely Remove Hardware" button on the lower right of your screen. Highlight your player on the new hardware window, then click "Stop." When prompted, detach your player from your computer. This action prevents your player from loosing information.

I can't find A manual for my Creative Zen Mozaic

Hello,

All support for Creative Zen Mozaic is on next site:
http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=213&CatName=MP3+Players&subCatID=214&subCatName=ZEN&prodID=17897&prodName=ZEN+Mozaic&bTopTwenty=1&VARSET=prodfaq:PRODFAQ_17897,VARSET=CategoryID:213

After selecting a download you'll have to scroll down and AGREE.

There's a Quickstart User Guide link near the player's picture: select the Quickstart front and back page for this short guide.

For a manual go for a dowload of the latest Starter Pack:
Download the execute file "ZENMozaic_PCApp_E6_1_16_02.exe".
Install Creative Centrale: double click the execute file.

After installation there's a user guide with the name manual.chm under
"Hard Drive location for programs", e.g. C:\Program Files\Creative\Creative ZEN Mozaic.
The manual can also be opened from start > All programs > Creative > Creative ZEN Mozaic > Creative ZEN Mozaic User's Guide.

http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=213&CatName=MP3+Players&subCatID=214&subCatName=ZEN&prodID=17897&prodName=ZEN+Mozaic
1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

Don't hesitate to post a comment
when this will not get your Zen to play.

Hi...

If you want to put movie in your mp3. be sure that you know what is the file type. For example the file type of movie in your mp3 is AVI, so you need yo convert your movie to AVI format, because if it is not an AVI,it wont play because they are not in the same format required

Coby mp-c7095 mp3 player will not charge was working but not now

I bought a Coby mp-c7095 and could not get it to turnon. I charged the battery for more then 24 hours and it still would not turnon.

The problem was easily fixed. The red battery wire was pinched during assembly and shorted to the back cover. I put a small piece of tape over the bare wire and carefully reassembled the unit. Now it works great!
