But you could use their 'Submit a Request' to ask them for a the parts schematic, or ask them to fix the 'spring that fell out of it when you were using it'.

My son and I took apart the toy as we have the same problem with ours. The green terminal on the motor moves when we apply pressure to it and the motor speeds up considerably. It appears that a weak or bad terminal is the cause of loss of power. We are not sure how to maintain the pressure on this terminal.

We are going to put it back together and see if it works.

I have the same kenmore and have experience this before. It is unbalanced. Get a spirit level to check for balance. To rebalance, empty the washer (so it's not heavy), lean over the washer and grab the back, tilt it forward and the auto balancing legs should reposition themselves. Re-check for balance using the spirit level. If still out, adjust the front feet of the washer by screwing the legs up or down (using a wrench). This will cure the problem (unless you have a very unbalanced load of towels for instance). Good luck
