Try a deep clean, sounds like a blockage but odd all at once. it could be possible that cartriges are a faulty batch, ive experienced many times but not all at once. hope this helped jay.

Open the top and make sure the carrier is not stuck to one side and also check that the drive belt is on.

Canon MP970 prints blank pages. How can I FIX that problem?

Some times when you get a new cart. a fine film can be blocking the
exit hole, check that this is clear by shaking the cart. up and down
over a large piece of paper ,if you do not get any ink out ,take a small
pin and gently insert it into the exit hole and move it around in a circle,
don't go to deep, then try shaking it again..? Another idea is to replace
all the carts.(colour ones also) as some printers wont work unless you
do this, after changing carts. disconect your printer from mains supply
and leave for about 15 minuets to reset..Hope this works for you
good luck. T.C.

I put a new black ink cardridge in my iP 1500 Canon printer and it is printing blank pages

how about colored pages? this normally means that the head is already busted. Unfortunately you will need to take this to cannon to get the heads fixed.

Remove the printer from control panel, under installed printers, then unplug the usb cable and reinstall the printer drivers using printer cd, or download from canon support website.

Lexmark z640 has stopped printing - goes through the motions but no ink on page

Some third party cartridges will not work with your printer as they are remanufactured from used cartridges.
It is more expensive to buy genuine Lexmark ink, but atleast you know it will work.
You may try reinstalling the driver before buying new ink.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck.

Printing blank pages

I am working on the same problem. While you will not like the
answer here it is for the canon mf6530. What is causing it
is the shutter over the laser is failing to open. There for
it blocks all exposer. A temperary fix is to carefully lift the
shutter and tape it open using black electrical tape. Then
try a few prints you should have an image if this is your
issue as it is mine. I do not recommending running it in
this condition very long. When I find the final answer I
will attempt to post it.
