I GOT A KENWOOD KVT717 AND I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT. WHEN I INSERT A CD THE STEREO MUST BE ON DUAL ZONE IF I WANT TO LISTEN CORRECTLY THE MUSIC AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT I NEED TO TURN ON THE VOLUME IN EACH ZONE. WHEN THE STEREO IS ON ONE ZONE THE MUSIC DOESNT WORK. WHAT CAN I DO?

According to this website that I found a brand new kvt717 will run you about $1,300 and a referb will run you about $730. Now this does not include shipping, handling or any taxes that they may be added on.
the wireing off the brain is connected wrong, ok look at the wires and now disconnect your remote wire from the amp remote now connect the second blue wire to the remote wire going to the amp, now your sound should be right
With Pioneer system that problem is common because of the ribbon cable defect, but I dont know about Kenwood. Have you contact Kenwood and express the problem?
I think this may be it, here:

If not, do a search for your model number on the same site. They have over 100 replacement parts for that model.
