Hey, make sure that the simcard that you are using is supported by your celphone, the one that they called openline means all networks or simcards can be use with it.

battery may show fully charged while charging, but it can noot hold the charge. So you need a new battery. If under warranty ask Verizon for replacement.
MY03- your phone could have microphone and antenna problems seeing that the phone had drop so many times.....the curcuit board could have a hairline fracture so it would be best to take it to a mobile repair shop and have them diagnosed it for you....to correct the issues.

It's a software crash, and unfortunately it's unlikely even the technicians in your local Verizon store can fix it. They will almost definitely have to replace it.
The good news is that this is a warranty issue, so if the phone is less than one year old it shouldn't cost you a penny.
The bad news is that any data on the phone is most likely lost :(
