You don't need a driver.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Try removing the memory card and the battery
Then power on the camera w/o the memory card
Then if the same problem persist try formatting the internal memory

If Problem Still persist you could call 1 800 235 6325 op 12 then op 2 your camera might be needing repair

If you use a card reader you will never need the driver.
If you need and want the driver you should be able to get it from Kodak.

Kodak C330 [lens error 14]

I have this camera and I have had this exact error...and I'm sure it was caused from being in my purse and turning on and off all the time. All I did to fix it was push the lens a little bit while it was already retracted and it made a slight popping noise like it was going back onto a track and then it worked perfectly ever since then.
