A/C GE AEW10AM decrease temperature but increase humidity (?!)

1) All my A/C-s GE AGT05LAG1 (5200 BTU, EER 9.7) decrease humidity and decrease temperature. In this room with A/C I have paper for books and low humidity is very useful for me. In the same room I use one dehumidifier.
2) Recently I bought A/C GE AEW10AM (10500 BTU, EER 10.8) and I was surprise. This A/C decrease temperature but increase humidity (?!)
3) Please could you recommend what I have to do in order to decrease humidity and temperature with the same A/C at the same time.
Thank you.

How to set temperature on a general electric

Copied from ehow.com

Instructions
    • 1 Open the fresh food compartment and locate the two temperature control dials. Each dial is labeled for the compartment that it controls.
    • 2 Rotate the dial to increase the temperature setting by one to lower the temperature of the compartment. Rotate the dial to decrease the temperature setting by one to raise the temperature of the compartment.
    • 3 Wait 12 hours to allow the temperature in the compartment to stabilize before increasing or decreasing the temperature further.

How do you clean the filter

In order to look up the filter change procedure I would need the specific model number. However, filter changes or washing should be done regularly. Look for a very simple lift-out design that is washable in the kitchen or laundry sink. Soak in soapy water and rinse with spray nozzle.

As for the symptom "Blows out warm air" this is expected. The dehumidifier is less than 100% efficient, meaning that the energy that is used produces heat in the exhaust air. A 100% efficient design would still send all the heat energy of condensation (endothermic phase change) into the exhaust air. You should expect 1072 BTU per pint (1 pound of water). This is far more than the heat of crystallization (144 BTU per pound of ice) and therefore much more sensible when you feel the discharge air from the dehumidifier. Dehumidifiers typically operate in basements to both warm and dry the area where a sump pump may be operating to remove the water that seeps through the foundation. A dehumidifier is not a good idea for warm areas of the house. This will decrease the efficiency by increasing the temperature differential needed to get the evaporator coil below the dew point to cause condensation. The condenser coil will be much hotter than expected if the unit is operated in a warm humid room. Only air conditioners which discharge condensate and exhaust air to the outside of the structure should be used to cool a room.

When the temperature at 35 degree C my engine runs 775 km on per trip the load is 70 ton as usual diesel comes 275 litres on trip, but when it decreases to 5 c diesel have increased to 305 litre per trip...

During colder weather the composition of Diesel fuel is changed by refinery operators to improve cold weather operations of engines, The changes in how the fuel is blended results in a lower BTU rating of the fuel and reduced mileage. There are other factors involved such as increased drag due to higher air density as temperatures decrease - 2% drag increase for every 10 degree temperature drop.

Unfortunately from a cost standpoint this is actually normal and there is nothing wrong with your truck, gasoline powered vehicles see the same issues, though it's less noticeable because of the smaller amounts of fuel used.

The thermostat seems to be allowing the heater to cycle on and off without allowing temperature to increase or decrease at all - usually i see a 1 degree increase and decrease.

You can download a PDF version of the Operating manual HERE. Paragraph 9) on page 11 may be apropos to your issue. ____*Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, despite the handle. I have a side by side that does not hold temperatures. It stays at zero then goes to 10 degresss than back to zero

That is normal operation. The temperature will increase when the compressor is off. When the compressor cycles on,the temperature will decrease.

Low Heat from GE XL44 gas range

you can increase the sides of the flames by opening the orifices, if not differences. make the orifices holes a bit bigger, you can have as big of a flame as you want. those orifices are at the connection of the burner with the valve that supplies gas to the burners.
