FP531 Computer monitor operational manual

Press the Volume control button on the Monitor is it has one. Or pull the mains plug to it, count to 20 and put it back on.

Or

Reboot the computer.

Or

Volume Controls are operated from the bottom right of the screen. Click the little UP Arrow ^ and you will see the Sound icon.

Check the caps for leaking/bulging tops first.
It can be power supply, backlight inverter circuits problems.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.

check the cable ..to be connected in the right post ..if you have a video card and a on board card ..you might connected it by mistake in the on board card port ..and this one is disabled cause you have another card on a Pci port...
another issue may be from the plug itself...try to move them cause this message is received only when it do not gets signal

Have recently moved and after connection, a message in the middle of screen OUT OF RANGE

you probably have a loose wire in the unit, you might have a bad vga cable, except for the vga cable, you will probably need to send it in for service.

From what you are displaying, sounds like the monitor is faulty. If you can, try to borrow another monitor for testing.

sounds like an internal issue with the power board service tech should look at it

Does display switch on and off with front led remaining on?
