I would guess you have already pulled the plug from the wall and done a reset of the machine and tried again?? if that doesnt work I would recommend returning to store you purchased it at for repair
some people say that coffee can burn when you pour boiling water on the beans and recommend that you should add the milk first... I just let the kettle cool down until the boiling stop as well. as for espresso makers, water will boil and the gas (liquid to gas at boiling temperature) is pushed through the beans, so its rather hot and the beans doesn't burn.coffee should be as hot as possible!
just plug it out from the wall current for about half day so that the coffee maker can reset itself then plug it in back.if that does not work that means the timing transistor is faulty.you will have to have it repaired.good luck.
plug out the power cord from the wall outlet then plug in back after 4 hrs probably it want to reset.if this does not work then you will have to get it repaired.the problem is the ic or the transistor that control the heating of the coffee maker.good luck.maybe you will need to invest in a new coffee maker.
1.
Plug the coffee maker into the wall power outlet. Turn the switch on. The light
will glow. Then press the on/off switch TWICE. The coffee maker will start.
This could signify water damage so be careful!!
If the machine smells slightly like burning plastic, DON'T use it. take it in to your local electrician to have a look.
If you think its ok...
Check your house power, Change to another power point, check your house fuse box, if this is not the problem then DISCONNECT the coffee machine from the wall, take off the back cover or bottom and look for a fuse to replace.
So folks to solve this problem I used the last resort....don't laugh, but I actually started to hit the machine very hard on the top and from the side and all of sudden it started to work. When in doubt hit it!
