Here you go! Connect your mobile phone (W388) with the provided Motorola Data cable. Allow the system to recognize that the connected mobile is W388. Then it ll automatically Check for the software update and if it throws the message as your software needs to be updated as such, then follow the screen to update your software. This will solve your problem!

first before you can send a multi media msg. you must turn on the gprs of your phone and both phone have gprs active to send and recieve multi media msg

Try this: go to menu SETTINGS then INITIAL SETUP, select MASTER CLEAR, wait till its done...

try restore factory settings and contact network operator
