I need my puk code but i dont know my pin code or any other details because i didnt set my account up

PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.

You need to contact your cell phone service provider, they can give your PUK CODE when you provide your account details and when they have verified your identity.

A PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) is required when you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked and you will need to get a PUK code from AT&T to unlock it.

You can receive your phone's PUK code from AT&T, either by logging into your account at myWireless Account, visiting our Technical Support Chat, or by calling Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500.

Once your PUK has been received, it will need to be entered into your phone to set a new PIN code.

If the wrong PUK code is entered ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes invalid and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display "PUK blocked call operator".

You can get PUK code from your operator for free if you're registered owner. Also if you log in to your online account you should find PUK there as well.

You should be able to find the puk code on your online account through your carrier. If not, you will need to contact you carrier to get that code.
