We recommend you to use original Kodak batteries, CRV-3 lithium, AA non-rechargeable lithium batteries or
Ni-Mh rechargeable Batteries KAA2HR.

Are the batteries charged? If no replace. Were batteries left inside while the phone was left idle? Try and scrape the terminals. Try switching it on if it'll work.

My kodak easyshare wont turn on anymore and it worked fine the other week ive tried putting new batteries in it and it still wont turn on i dont kno what to do or how to fix it and its a great camera ive...

Try removing the batteries then either plugging your camera in with the AC adapter or the docking station. Try cleaning the contacts from the battery and the battery compartment of the camera. If your camera works with either one of these then you have a problem with either the batteries or the battery contacts. If your camera doesn't work with the AC adapter then you will have to send the camera in for repair.

Camera will not switch on batteries are new.

I had this problem and it turned out to be the battery contacts, even though everything looked fine and clean.
Open battery compartment and use a dry q-tip to 'polish' unseen oil film off so called gold contacts, then polish the top and bottom of the battery contacts and replace the batteries again. And turn on - if noting try again, but firmly pressing battery cover a bit harder, and see if it will now turn on.
Failing that , repeat with new batteries, but wobble the battery contacts inside the battery well. Cool canberra.

My kodak easyshare c813 camera but it wont turn on

Your problem is likely due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

Kodak C813 turns off because of low battery - all of the time!

The way to test this is to have some new batteries of the best grade, don't use the cheaper types, these may not make these cameras work correctly. I have seen this problem before.

Also you can try a set of fully charged rechargeable batteries. These kinds of cameras may use more power and need more power to make them work right.

My Kodak EasyShare C813 says lens error 111000 evrytime I turn it on. And then it will shut itself off. What is wrong with my camera?

Fixing your problem could be as simple as cleaning the battery contacts in the camera, or the solution could be a lot more complex and expensive. Here's a link to the Kodak Help Center - it provides a simple Q&A format to diagnose the problem and propose a solution.
