When I finished synchronizing my Non-responsive Sony Walkman Digital Music Player NWZ-B135F with Media Player and safely removed from computer (I switched the computer off), I tried to turn it on and it shows since them a blank white row, instead of the "Walkman" logo and the menu. I tried resetting it to no avail. Since then, when I insert it to the usb port, the computer cannot detect it.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Try reseting the device its usualy a small pinhole on the back or side of the device try holding that in for about 10 seconds
try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilitys from the manufacturers website
also try and go download the drivers for it so that you can try and detect the player. If that does not work try plugging it into someone elses computer and see if it works. That way yo can figure out if it is your computer or the player. Sorry I could not be of more help.

U need to upgrade the firmware, you need to download the firmware from here: http://support.sony-europe.com/dna/downloads/firmware/firmware.aspx?site=odw_en_GB&m=NWZ-B135&f=FRM_NWZ_B13x_f after downloading, run it and then connect the player to system while holding the "volume -" button...it should be detected and the firmware would be restored.
