For windows you should have the external drive already connected and windows install disk inserted. restart and allow the computer to boot from the install disk. when prompted as to where to install choose the external drive option. hope this helps. please rate me and thanks for choosing enterprise computing solutions.

in 99% procent windows xp contains drivers for eepc 4g webcam, at least 10 of them that i have reinstal win xp on them, any way if when u open my computer and down after removable device is not the camera u can try to install chipset driver, here is link for all drivers that u need for eeepc 4g:
