hi Suzanne.
i have had a look around the internet and found that there is lots of ways to try and open it.plus there is people on youtube showing how to open a door.
so if you go to this link and pick the one you think would be the best one for you to try.

This is because ot door interlock system - the door interlock is a device that is designed to give a time delay before the door of a washing machine can be opened.

If the door doesn't unlock at the end of the cycle at all (even after 10 min) then there could be a problem with the interlock or with the drain pump (water left in the machine). You need to check your filter criteria you have probably got something wrapped around it.the filter is generally on the right hand side at the bottom you need to remove it by inserting a tool that fits into the slot and turn anti clockwise.good luck.

OK, I can't find anything on this machine for free. Do you have a user manual?
If not, try this. Unplug the machine, wait 30 seconds, plug the machine back in. At this point, I would think the machine would go back to a default setting. You should then be able to try to restart the cycle.

To open the door manually:

UNPLUG the machine...

Remove the toekick panel (way down at the bottom).

Feeling along the inside of the front panel. You should be able to find a tab shaped like a teardrop attached to the door latch unit.

Pull the tab down just a little bit ... gently ... until the door opens (or you hear the latch click - then try to open the door).

Is the machine displaying a code?

Open the little door on the lower left corner of the front of the machine, and pull on the red tab in there. door will pop.

On a Bosch wfmc3200uc there is a green plastic string, similar to fishing line, located behind the round panel on the front of the machine. It is attached to the top right of the round black piece. Just give a slight tug this will release the lock.

Open drain door at bottom front left of machine. Pull yellow tab that is there. This is the manual door opener.
