GBU311 does not have a Vista driver. Because it could only support the Win 2000, Win ME, 98SE, and XP. It does not support Win Vista and later versions.

If you wish to have a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with Vista and Windows 7, you need to have the GBU421 Bluetooth 2.1 USB Micro Adapter. Here, check the link:

Thank you and good luck!

No longer have installation disk. Where can I down load it

As you were not very descriptive, I found an area that gave the drivers for the specific device you listed and there are many operating systems that it is compatible with. Once you get the drivers installed it is simply just a matter of pairing the devices (the speaker and the object running the Bluetooth adapter) and you should be ready to go!

Drivers:

Can print from mac, cannot print from pc. have checked, both applications have correct printer selected

What is the operating system of your PC? Is this working before with your PC or is this the first time you are trying to install this Bluetotth Printer Kit?

If this is the first time, verify the OS of your PC. Because the USB Bluetooth adapter (GBU311) of this wireless printer server (GBP302KIT) could only support Win 98SE up to XP 32-bit (according to the system requirements).

But if this has worked before and then suddenly stopped working, try to uninstall/re-install the Bluetooth driver that's in your PC.

Everytime you are trying to detect the Bluetooth adapter that's on the printer, make sure that the Blue light is blinking (printer light).

If same problem occur, contact IOGEAR (866-946-4327). It's a free customer service support.

Thank you and good luck!

Iogear SAYS the driver works for 64 bit but i keep getting an err

The drivers for a 64 bit version of Vista will almost never be the same as the 32 bit version.

IOGEARs website does not list a 64 bit driver for your device.

Problem in taking a print from Nokia 3500 using kyocera printer attached with Bluetooth adaptor

Check your Bluetooth adapter and see if it requires driver. If it requires driver then you can't just plug it in to your printer unless your printer has a built-in drivers for Bluetooth adapters.

Check if the printer supports Bluetooth adapters and make sure that your Bluetooth adapter is compatible with the printer.

BLuetooth freezes up Laptop

it is most likely because vista does not have the right drivers for the adapter. Try going to iogears website and downloading them...if the exist yet. If not you might have to send iogear a message to hurry up!
