I have a Olevia Syntax LT27HV TV that just lost sound and picture. I took out the boards and have pictures. One board is P/N P061P3119100 and is about 7 inches square. The other board is large and has lots of components on it.

Picture rasterization

It sounds like the LCD controller board problem, usually if you cool it down the problem will go away, and comes back when it heats up again.

I have an Olevia Syntax LT27HV LCD TV that lost sound. Do you know what board fixes this problem? The manual says maybe interface board or system board.

It depends on where you lose the sound, no sound from speakers? no audio line out?
The amplifier circuits are on the main board. You should try hooking up a powered PC speakers to the audio line out to see if you get the sound, if you do, then the power amplifiers are bad (it is a single IC Class D dual amplifiers, IC U54 on the main board)

My syntax Olevia LT30 HV turned on and displayed blue screen for 1-3 sec and than no signal nosound??any advice seems to be inverter issue.

Since you lost both sound and picture, I would suggest to take a look at the power supply for bad filter capacitors, look for bulging on the top of capacitors. If the backlight inverter board is bad you should still get the sound.

Faint or no picture on olevia / syntax tv model LT-37HVS

When you tune to a station and get sound I presume the screen is black so do the following.
Place a bright flashlight against the screen. Look for an image around the edge of the flashlight.
If you see an image the problem is probably one of three causes.

1) Power to the inverter board is bad.
2) Inverter board has failed.
3) The CCFT(cold cathode fluorescent light) are dead.

Someone knowledgeable in electronics can diagnosis it.
