No reception in our house

It is probably because the phone doesn't support the same frequency. Every phone is built with parts from different vendors so the reception quality could be affected by using a chip that isn't as good as the one in the LG phone. I would try upgrading to another phone.

The 7030 is connected to something Panasonic. Guessing it's a TA-624 but it doesn't matter. You need to find a manual for the KSU. Ringing is usually programmed in SYSTEM programming from a phone connected to the first jack in the system.

hi :) here i can advice u send phone for technician. cause moto much model has screw lock the housing,if no tool,u must give it repair by technician. cant hear the ring,cause of drop,normal is the speaker lose in the right position for detect with mother board.so,it cant ring :)

Some phones are just plain better than others in both reception and transmission. I wouldn't think it is interference since another phone works within the house and on the same network. You might want to look into a home cell phone signal booster (googling that will result in a lot of retailers), but these are by no means cheap. However, they can make a huge difference in quality of service within a structure.

It sounds like you have spotty reception, and yes, some phones are better than others in receiving weak signals.

following a power failure, the only phone that rings is the one in reception. light still flashes but no ringing from any other phones

The programs involved with you ringing are 81 ( no light or Day Mode ), 84 ( blinking red light or Day 2 Mode ), and 87 ( solid red light or Night Mode ). To change the ringing assignments you need to know the port numbers of the phones you want to ring or not ring. You can do this by pressing DN/ICM dialing # 4 0 2 at each phone, the diaplay will show the physical and logical port numbers. These numbers will be used to turn on or off the aaociated lamps within the above programs. Do you have anyone on staff that understands the system programming ? Let me know ...Mike
