Capture the entire screen

1. Click in the onscreen controls. Your pointer changes to a camera .
2. Click any screen to capture that screen, or click Capture in the onscreen controls.
3. Use the thumbnail to markup, share, save, or take other actions.

Capture a window

1. Click in the onscreen controls. Your pointer changes to a camera .
2. Click a window to capture that window.
   To exclude the window's shadow from the screenshot, press and hold the Option (?) key while you click.
3. Use the thumbnail to markup, share, save, or take other actions.

Capture a selected portion of the screen

1. Click in the onscreen controls.
2. Drag to select an area of the screen to capture. To move the entire selection, drag from within the selection.
3. Click Capture in the onscreen controls.
4. Use the thumbnail to markup, share, save, or take other actions.

Capture a menu

1. Click the menu to reveal its contents.
2. Press Shift-Command-5 while the menu is shown.
3. Capture the menu by following the steps to capture the entire screen, capture a window (the menu is treated like a window), or capture a selected portion of the screen.

unfortunatley if your device is preconfigured for 1d only you will not beable to scan or decode 2d barcodes. Which configuration of the mc55 do you currently have? if you can provide me with this information i can let you know if it is possible or not.

Hello, Datamatrix is 2D Symbology. Actually this MC55 is a model with 1D Laser Scan engine. The laser cant scan 2D barcodes, therefore he is not decoding the datamatrix barcode.
You would need an MC55 with an 2D Imager or with Camera to scan 2D Barcodes.

Check to make sure you have a 105SL printer driver. Also check to see if you have chosen ZPL for the language as well as the proper resolution (203, 300 and 600 dpi).

No...check the printer that is creating the 2D code. It's probably the culprit. Make sure the head is perfect and the 2D code is big enough. The 2D version of the MC3090 doesn't read small 2D codes.

Scan the entire laptop and then it should detect it and let you remove it 

are they the same barcode type?
what is the font set at? using Arial or other fonts can make the software send a more complicated image. use the Zebra Triuverate font. this keeps it simple. also, do a print out of the settings on each printer and compare them line by line. change the settings to match the printer that is printing correctly.

Usually some symbologies are disabled at default.

i think you need the manual and scan the barcode to enable it for scanning.
