I need a owners manual for the GE French door, bottom freezer refridgerator. The one that has the water dispenser inside the fridge on the left side. Is there any way I can print one or get one on-line?

The paddle that you push the glass against to dispense water activates a microswitch. Sometimes this switch can break off it's mount and drop away from it's intended position. The microswitch operates a solenoid valve near where the water line enters the back of the fridge. Then there's the wiring in between them. The water line doesn't go through the freezer. It runs through the refrigerator in a coil of tubing then into the door of the dispenser. Check the paddle switch, the water solenoid and the wiring and you'll find the reason it doesn't work
there is a water tube connection at the bottom of door on hinge side that has a spring and allows it to swing with door. it also has a fitting there so the door can be removed.it is the tube running inside the door to the ice water dispenser. if it has one, it can leak at the fiting
You have two sides to your 67006531 Dual Water Inlet Valve, so it is very possible the side that controls the water flow for the dispenser is defective. Replace the 67006531 Dual Water Control Valve and I believe your fridge water will work fine.
I will be here should you have more questions, Thanks Sea Breeze
humid air in the house. any time you open the fridge, house air is sucked in. when you close it, the fridge cools the air and moisture from the warm air condenses on any cold surface. also check to see if there is a gap in the seal.
Look for your model number from the sticker inside the fresh foods section of the refrigerator, usually on the liner near the door opening. Now, go to http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/literature/ to download a use and care manual for your model, as the reset procedure may vary by model. The filter is usually located at the very back right upper side of the fresh foods compartment, but again, it may vary by model.
