Hi, sometimes the headset jack is faulty and remain blocked. Either see an authorized service center to change the jack connector from headset, or try to plug/unplug more times the jack. If you have a valid warranty is better not to do it yourself.
You should get a new remote control. TV manufacturers don't spend mich time or effort finding codes to all appliances. If you get a remote that can learn codes, it doesn't have to be in the ir codes list.
