My nokia n95 memory card locked automatically then plz tell me what can i do?

dear how it can be automatically locked & suppose if has happened then password is given ,so try that password to unlock it or delete password,in memory card ->options->delete password,it will ask for the password try the one u r having

There are 3 methods to format the phone

First: if the phone menus work there is a; go to menu -> tools -> settings -> general -> factory restore. note: the defualt code is 12345
Seconed method requires you to enter these into the dial number area. Nokia Code : *#7370# : NOKIA Format phone (Soft Reset)
Nokia Code : *#7780# : NOKIA Factory Reset (Hard Reset)

Third: is a button combination the needs to be done during the phone powering on
Hold down. 3, * and Green Call button While holding this combination press the power button once to start the phone Note: this does not require any codes; if this works the phone will prompt you to be set up again

There are two methods to format the memory card
First: Go to menu -> tools -> utillites -> memory -> options -> format mass storage
Seconed: Connect your phone to your PC via the supplied USB cable. Then select Mass Storage mode on the phone. Once you PC has installed the Mass Storage device you can format the card from My Computer. Note: assuming Microsoft Windows XP or VISTA.
