Bottons on microwave do not work

None of the buttons work on the microwave. The clock symbol flashes in the upper right hand corner and it says clock in the lower left hand corner of the display. You can push any of the buttons and nothing happens.

Hey JT Tai, I appreciate your post!
The symbol at the top left hand side of your display could be child lock symbol or vent symbol. If it is the child lock you should be able to press and hold the stop/cancel button down for 3 seconds to release the child lock.

If the light is on for the vent I would seek assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair to be completed on your microwave. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

How set the clock ?

Look for the key on the key pad on the right side. Push the one that says clock on it. Then push 3:35, and leave alone until it stops blinking, and then it should be set. The only other thing you want to check is if they have an am/pm setting in the upper left hand corner of the digital display window. Most don't, but its always good to check. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me and I'll help you figure it out. Good Luck!
